Lobbying from the demand side
According to the EU Transparency Register, there are X lobbying firms in the European Union. Between 2015 and 2025, the number of reported lobbying firms increased by X percent. On average, a firm reports X in lobbying expenditure and employs X lobbyists, with X percent working in consultancy firms. On average, firms report X meetings. The industries with the highest share of lobbying are the digital and pharmaceutical sectors. The composition of interest group is: Business, NGO etc.
